GTM xp, like GTM, produces cylindrical and prismatic poles with welded spiral and programmable pitch, but thanks to equipment with a set of servomotors, the new monobloc structure and other major innovations, it is a more flexible, faster, safer, innovative and transportable machine.
It is equipped with payoff, dial for the longitudinal bars, hydraulic cage supports, 1 fixed and 1 mobile bored plates, electronic console to control plate rotation.

Machine for the production of round cages with welded spirals and pre-set pitch.
The machine is characterized by a reduced longitudinal length.
The welding process is performed by a mobile unit and the bar loading zone is a telescope, for this reason, during the welding operation, the length decreases while the welding head moves forward.

Robot for automatic welding complete with MIG welder. This allows reducing operator

presence to a minimum and executing the cage formation cycle completely automatically.

Only one operator is hence required to run several machines or to engage in other operations

during the cage execution time.
