Eura 20

A dual-direction bender, with 2 bending heads, apt to manufacture stirrups and rebars with bends at both ends processing both hot and cold-drawn steel in coils, using wires of up to Ø 20 mm or double Ø 16 mm. It is equipped with multiple external straightener with specific lines, 'bridge' rebar collecting bench, bars collecting flap, wire inlet unit. Eura 20 MF Dual allows producing profiles thanks to an upper operating line where the right-hand bends of the profile are made, and a lower line where the left-hand bends are made. It is suitable for accepting an optional mobile carriage which allows collecting and classifying the manufactured stirrups and rebars.
