Eura 20 is a dual-direction bender, with 2 bending heads, apt to manufacture stirrups and rebars with bends at both ends processing both hot and cold-drawn steel in coils, using wires of up to Ø 20 mm or double Ø 16 mm. It is equipped with multiple external straightener with specific lines, 'bridge' rebar collecting bench, bars collecting flap, wire inlet unit.

Eura 20 MF Dual allows producing profiles thanks to an upper operating line where the right-hand bends of the profile are made, and a lower line where the left-hand bends are made. It is suitable for accepting an optional mobile carriage which allows collecting and classifying the manufactured stirrups and rebars.

Pay-off basement mod. PFO

Pay-off with reinforced frame and mechanical components. Equipped with adjustable

pneumatic operated brake controlled by the machine's control board. Swinging roller

holder with hardened steel, vertically adjusted rollers. May be connected in series

with other pay-offs. Device for quick replacement of coil holders. Capacity: up to

3.500 Kg (7,700lbs).

Motorized pay-off with reinforced frame and mechanical components. Equipped with

adjustable pneumatic operated brake controlled by the machine's control board.

Coil holder mod. Lam/3

Replaceable coil holder equipped with 6 spoke basket. Quick diameter

adjustment for coils with 570mm to 920mm inner diameter. Wire tangling

preventing device.

Possibility of housing drawn and rewound coils.

Replaceable coil holder. Quick diameter adjustment system for

coils with 40 to 80 cm width.

Suitable for cold-drawn steel coils.
